  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1987.\nIt introduces control of exports of chloroethanol, dimethylamine and potassium fluoride to Libya and Syria (as well as to Iran and Iraq, as currently).\nControl of exports of hydrogen fluoride to any destination is lifted, but exports to Iran, Iraq, Libya and Syria are controlled.\nIt introduces control of exports of thionyl chloride to any destination.\nIt introduces control of exports of dimethylamine hydrochloride to Iran, Iraq, Libya and Syria.",
