  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1991\n(i) by bringing under control certain handcuffs; and\n(ii) by replacing the reference in Schedule 2 to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics by references to those countries which previously formed that country.",
