# The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 2


(1) In article 3 of the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 there shall be inserted in paragraphs (c)(i) and (d)(i), in each case after the word “exported”, the words:
“(except to a destination in Iran, Iraq or Libya or in a country specified in Schedule 3 hereto)”.
(2) At the end of paragraph (c) of the said article 3 there shall be added the following subparagraph:
“(iii) any aircraft the immediately preceding importation of which was on a scheduled journey and which is intended for further scheduled journeys;”.
