For the list of countries in Schedule 3 to the said Order of 1994 there shall be substituted the following list:

  • Angola

  • Argentina

  • Armenia

  • Azerbaijan

  • Bosnia-Herzegovina

  • Burma (Myanmar)

  • Burundi

  • China (People’s Republic)

  • Croatia

  • Liberia

  • Nigeria

  • Rwanda

  • Somalia

  • Sudan

  • Tanzania

  • Uganda

  • Yugoslavia (Federal Republic of)

  • Zaire.
