  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order removes an exemption contained in the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 for the export to destinations in 22 specified countries of aircraft and vessels exported after temporary import, and makes a consequential amendment in respect of scheduled journeys.\nIt also replaces the list in Schedule 3 to that Order (which specifies 19 of those 22 countries for the purpose mentioned above and also for the purpose of the special rules on transit in Article 3B of that Order): Afghanistan, Burundi, Tanzania and Uganda are added, Macedonia (former Yugoslav republic) and Slovenia are omitted.",
