  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 by removing Indonesia from the list of countries to which arms in transit through the United Kingdom may not be exported without a licence. Consequently the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1999 and the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1999 have been revoked.",
