# The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1992 (Amendment) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1992
(i) by adding a definition of “microorganisms” in Article 1;
(ii) by replacing from 1/1/93 the reference in Schedule 2 to the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic with references to those countries which previously formed that country; and
(iii) correcting minor errors in entries B10, 1C352, 5A001 and 6A003 in Part III of Schedule 1.
