  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994:\n(i) by removing from control anti-riot helmets;\n(ii) by removing from control civil aircraft and components, and technology therefor, destined for South Africa;\n(iii) by relaxing control on personal firearms destined for South Africa; and\n(iv) by correcting minor errors in the table in the definition of composite theoretical performance in relation to computers, and in entries 5D002, 6A003 and 8A002 in Part III of Schedule 1.",
