# The Export Quarantine Stations (Regulation) Order 1973, Article 3: Approval of Export Quarantine Stations


Approval of any premises for use as an export quarantine station may be granted by the Minister in writing, on the application of the occupier, and subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister may require.
