# Exportation Act 1660, Section V: V. This Act not to take away greater penalties.


Provided alwayes and it is neverthelesse declared That this Act or any thing therein contained shall not be construed to take away any greater paines or penaltyes inflicted or to be inflicted for any the offences aforesaid by vertue of any former Act of Parliament now in force.
