  "heading": "Amendment of the Extraction Solvents in Food Regulations 1993",
  "text": "The Extraction Solvents in Food Regulations 1993 shall be amended as follows—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (e) of paragraph (2) of regulation 4 (sale of food containing extraction solvents and of extraction solvents), for the number “19” there shall be substituted the number “20”;\n(b) immediately after item 19 in Part I of Schedule 1 (permitted extraction solvents) there shall be added, in Column 1, the following item—\n“20. Cyclohexane”;\n(c) immediately after the entry relating to Propan-1-o1 in Schedule 3 (which specifies maximum residues for extraction solvents in foods containing flavourings prepared from natural flavouring materials by the use of such extraction solvents) there shall be inserted the following entry—\nin Column 1 (extraction solvent\nin Column 2 (maximum residue)\nCyclohexane\n1 mg/kg.",
