Articles 2(2) and 3(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003^f1 are amended by omitting “Italy”.

Article 2(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 1 Territories) Order 2003^f2is amended by inserting “Italy” after “Ireland”.
