# The Extradition Act 2003 (Amendment to Designations) Order 2005, Article 3


Article 3 of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003 is amended by inserting after paragraph (2)—
“(3) The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is hereby designated for the purposes of section 71(4) and 73(5) of the Act.”
