  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2003/3103 (C.122) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nEXTRADITION\nMade 11th December 2003\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 221 and 223(3) of the Extradition Act 2003, hereby makes the following Order:",
