# The Extradition Act 2003 (Commencement and Savings) Order 2003, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Commencement and Savings) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Extradition Act 2003;
“the British Overseas Territories” means those territories listed in Schedule 6 to the British Nationality Act 1981.
