# The Extradition Act 2003 (Multiple Offences) Order 2003, Paragraph 49: Withdrawal of request after case sent to Secretary of State


(1) Section 123 is modified as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) after “extradition” insert “in relation to an offence”.
(3) In subsection (3) after “discharge” insert “in relation to the offence”.
