Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Overseas Territories) Order 2016 (“the Order”) and, subject to article 9, comes into force on 10th November 2016.

This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1.
