  "text": "(1) The Act (as defined in article 2(6)) extends to each Territory.\n(2) In relation to a case where a request for extradition is made in respect of more than one offence, the modified provisions set out in Schedule 3 have effect in each Territory subject to the further modifications specified in Schedule 4.",
