# Extradition Act 2003, Paragraph 33

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 128, after subsection (1) insert—
“(1A) The judge must remand the person in custody or on bail.
(1B) If the person is remanded in custody, the appropriate judge may later grant bail.”
