# Extradition Act 2003, Paragraph 2


In Schedule 3 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (c. 13) (matters not subject to investigation) for paragraph 4 substitute—
“4 Action taken by the Secretary of State under the Extradition Act 2003.”
