# The Extradition (Designated Commonwealth Countries) Order 1991 (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2


The Extradition (Designated Commonwealth Countries) Order 1991 shall be amended by inserting the words “South Africa” under the words “Solomon Islands” in Schedule 1 to that Order which lists countries designated for the purposes of section 1(2) of the Extradition Act 1989.
