  "text": "EXTRADITION\nMade 2nd November 1994\nLaid before Parliament 14th November 1994\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 2nd day of November 1994\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 2 and 21 of the Extradition Act 1870 and sections 4(1), 22(3), 30(1) and 37(3) of the Extradition Act 1989 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
