  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order applies the Extradition Act 1989 so as to make extraditable offences within the meaning of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1994 (c. 37) and the Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995 (c. 43), attempts to commit such offences and participation in the commission of such offences. It applies to certain States, Parties to the Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, signed at Vienna on 20th December 1988.",
