  "text": "FUGITIVE CRIMINAL\nMade 26th November 1987\nLaid before Parliament 4th December 1987\nComing into force 1st January 1988\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 26th day of November 1987\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 2, 17 and 21 of the Extradition Act 1870 and sections 9(2) and 39(1) of the Aviation Security Act 1982, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
