  "text": "FUGITIVE CRIMINAL\nMade 21st December 1988\nLaid before Parliament 6th January 1989\nComing into force 1st February 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of December 1988\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 2, 17 and 21 of the Extradition Act 1870 and sections 9(2) and 39(1) of the Aviation Security Act 1982, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
