  "long_title": "This Order applies the Extradition Act 1989 (c. 33) so as to make extraditable offences under section 1 of the Aviation Security Act 1982 (c. 36) (hijacking), attempts to commit such offences and participation in the commission of such offences. It applies to certain States, Parties to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, signed at The Hague on 16th December 1970.",
