  "text": "The Extradition (Internationally Protected Persons) Order 1979 shall be amended by adding to Part I of Schedule 3 (which names the foreign States with which the United Kingdom has no extradition treaties in force and which are parties to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents, signed at New York on 14th December 1973) the following entries —\nState\nDate of Entry into Force of Convention\nChina\n4th September 1987\nEgypt\n25th July 1986\nJapan\n8th July 1987\nYemen, People’s Democratic Republic of\n11th March 1987",
