  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Extradition (Internationally Protected Persons) Order 1979 (which among its provisions names States party to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents, signed at New York on 14th December 1973) by adding the names of the States specified in articles 2 and 3 of this Order, which are also parties to the Convention.",
