Article 3

Subject to paragraph (2) below the Orders listed in Schedule 5 to this Order are hereby revoked.

The foregoing paragraph shall not have effect in relation to any case in which a warrant of arrest, whether issued on receipt of an authority to proceed or a provisional warrant, has been issued before 16th August 2002.

Without prejudice to paragraph (2) above, this Order applies to offences committed before as well as after the coming into force of this Order.
