Paragraph 12

In section 35(1), for the definition ““Governor” means the person for the time being lawfully administering the government of the territory” there shall be substituted the definition ““the Governor”, in relation to the British Antarctic Territory and without prejudice to the definition in Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978^f1, means the Commissioner.”
