# Extradition (Provisional Arrest) Act 2020, Paragraph 28


In section 2 (detention), in subsections (1) and (1A), at the end of paragraph (a) (but before “or”) insert—
“(aa) is the subject of a certificate under section 74B of the Extradition Act 2003,”.
