  "text": "(1) Part I of Schedule 2 to the 1997 Order (foreign States which are parties to the Convention and in relation to which Orders in Council under section 2 of the Extradition Act 1870 are in force) and Part II of Schedule 2 to the 1997 Order (foreign States which are parties to the Protocol and in relation to which Orders in Council under section 2 of the Extradition Act 1870 are in force) are amended as follows.\n(2) The entry in respect of Romania is omitted.\n(3) There is inserted, at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, the following entries:—\n“Bolivia\n22 February 1892\n1898/1065”;\n“Cuba\n3 October 1904\n1905/558”;\n“El Salvador\n23 June 1881\n16 December 1882”;\n“Monaco\n17 December 1891\n8 May 1892”;\n“Panama\n25 August 1906\n1907/648”;\n“Peru\n26 January 1904\n1907/383”;\n“Uruguay\n26 March 1884\n5 March 1885”.",
