  "text": "(1) Part IA of Schedule 3 to the 1997 Order (foreign States which are parties to the Convention and with which no extradition treaties are in force) is amended as follows.\n(2) The entry in respect of Ukraine is omitted.\n(3) There is inserted, at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, the following entries:—\n“Algeria”;\n“Belarus”;\n“Cape Verde”;\n“Gambia”;\n“Japan”;\n“Libyan Arab Jamahiriya”;\n“Mali”;\n“Micronesia, Federated States of”;\n“Morocco”;\n“Palau”;\n“Sudan”;\n“Tunisia”;\n“Turkmenistan”;\n“Uzbekistan”;\n“Vietnam”;\n“Yemen”.",
