  "text": "FUGITIVE CRIMINAL\nMade 18th December 1987\nLaid before Parliament 8th January 1988\nComing into force 1st February 1988\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 18th day of December 1987\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas France has become a party to the European Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism signed at Strasbourg on 27th January 1977:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of powers conferred upon Her by sections 2 and 21 of the Extradition Act 1870, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
