  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order applies the Extradition Acts 1870 to 1935 in the case of France, being a State party to the European Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism (which was signed at Strasbourg on 27th January 1977), subject to and in accordance with the extradition treaty made with it as amended by the Convention. The Order comes into force on 1st February 1988.",
