  "text": "The Extradition (Taking of Hostages) Order 1985 shall be amended by adding to Part I of Schedule 3 (which names the foreign States with which the United Kingdom has no extradition treaties in force and which are parties to the International Convention against the Taking of Hostages opened for signature at New York on 18th December 1979) the following entries—\nState\nDate of Entry into Force of Convention\nJapan\n8th July 1987\nSenegal\n9th April 1987\nTogo\n24th August 1986",
