  "text": "The Extradition (Taking of Hostages) Order 1985 shall be amended by adding to Schedule 2 (which names the foreign States with which the United Kingdom has extradition treaties in force and which are parties to the International Convention against the Taking of Hostages opened for signature at New York on 18th December 1979) the following entries—\nState\nDate of Extradition Treaty\nDate of Entry into Force of Convention\nCzechoslovakia\n11th November 1924\n26th February 1988\nEcuador\n20th September 1980\n1st June 1988",
