# The Extradition (Torture) (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Torture) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 22nd May 2003.
(2) In this Order “the 1997 Order” means the Extradition (Torture) Order 1997.
