Article 2
(1)
Schedule 2 to the 1997 Order (foreign States which are parties to the Convention and in relation to which Orders in Council under section 2 of the Extradition Act 1870f1 are in force) is amended as follows.
(2)
The entries in respect of Albania, Romania, Russian Federation and Yugoslavia are omitted.
(3)
There is inserted, at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, the following entries—

| “Bosnia and Herzegovina | 6 December 1900 | 1901/586”; |
| “Monaco | 17 December 1891 | 8 May 1892”. |
