  "text": "EXTRADITION\nMade 13th December 1995\nLaid before Parliament 22nd December 1995\nComing into force 12th January 1996\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 13th day of December 1995\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 21 of the Extradition Act 1870 and sections 4(1), 22(3), 30(1) and 37(3) of the Extradition Act 1989 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
