  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order applies the Extradition Acts 1870 to 1895 so as to make extraditable the offence described in section 134 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and an attempt to commit such an offence, in the case of States Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 10th December 1984 with which extradition treaties are in force.",
