  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order applies the Extradition Act 1989 so as to make extraditable the offence of torture described in section 134 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c. 33), attempts to commit such an offence and participation in such offences, in the case of certain States Parties to the Convention Against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 10th December 1984.",
