# The Eyemouth Harbour Revision Order 2021, Article 28: Failure to comply with directions


(1) A person who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a special direction is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
(2) A person who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a general direction, or who breaches an approval, condition or requirement of a general direction, is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
