# The Eyemouth Harbour Revision Order 2021, Article 38: Repeals and revocations


On the new constitution date the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order (which includes spent enactments) are repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
