In the Appendix to the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 1967 in place of Form No. 7 there shall be substituted and inserted Forms No. 7A and 7B in the Appendix to these Rules and after Form No. 9 there shall be inserted Form No. 9A set out in the Appendix to these Rules.
