# The Faculty Jurisdiction (Amendment) Rules 1989, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 24th July 1989
Coming into force 1st April 1990
In pursuance of section 14 of the Faculty Jurisdiction Measure 1964 the Rule Committee constituted in accordance with the Schedule to the said Measure hereby make the following Rules:–
