Article 1 Citation, commencement and revocation

These Rules may be cited as the Faculty Jurisdiction (Appeals) Rules 1998 and shall come into force on the first day of August 1998.

The Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction (Faculty Appeals) Rules 1965^f1 are hereby revoked.
