# The Faculty Jurisdiction (Appeals) Rules 1998, Article 18: Application to Commission of rules relating to appellate courts


(1) Rules 7(7)(a), 8 to 11, 15, 16 and 19 to 24 of these Rules shall apply in relation to a petition under rule 17 as they apply in relation to appeals under rule 7 subject to such modifications as may be necessary.
