# The Faculty Jurisdiction (Appeals) Rules 1998, Article 23: Use of forms in Appendix


Where any of these Rules require a document to be in a form set out in the Appendix to these rules, and that form is not in all respects appropriate, the rules shall be construed as requiring a form of the like character with such variations as circumstances may require to be used.
