Article 16 Unopposed Petition

In a case where either no notice of objection has been given under rule 15 above or, if such notice of objection has been given, no Particulars of Objection have been lodged within the time allowed, or where the chancellor is satisfied that all the parties concerned consent to the grant of a faculty, the chancellor may, subject to the production of such evidence (if any) as he may require, and subject to the requirements of section 17 of the Measure, grant the faculty.
